  • Power Walking  (if you do it right, you can really work that booty into shape)
  • Jogging/Running
  • Swimming
  • Horse Riding
  • Tennis

 

Simple games burn cals too.

 

  • Jumping on the bed (YES this burns calories, and you’re having lots of fun doing it)
  • Tag
  • Flag football

 

 

It really doesn’t matter what you do, as long as you are up and moving!!
